Martindales Limited has further developed its online web portal, enabling the tracking of claim progress by customers and insurers alike.
Recognising the many benefits that web access can deliver to the claims process, Martindales was the first glazing service provider to launch a web portal for use by insurers and policyholders. Access to key claims information is available 24/7 and reduces the need for insurers and customers to make telephone calls into the Martindales call centre for the sole reason of tracking progress.

Recent developments mean that the portal can also be used by insurers to authorise go-aheads and to view photographs and video held on the claims files.

Our insurer partners have already started benefitting from the portal and to Martindales’ commitment to transparency, efficiency and cost control.
